13.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms for Adventures/sports equipment sales and rentals shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Sultanate of Oman.
